FireHorse Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy outlines how we process data in compliance with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and relevant US state laws (including CCPA/CPRA).

DATA WE COLLECT
• Contact Information: Names, emails, and business addresses for lead qualification.
• Booking Data: Information provided via our online scheduling tools.
• Client Data: Metadata processed during the implementation of AI agents.

THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS
We utilize industry-leading third parties to ensure data security:
• Payments: All financial data is processed by Paystack (Stripe). We do not store your financial credentials.
• Automation: Data may flow through n8n.cloud or Make.com using end-to-end encryption protocols.

REGULATORY SPECIFICS
• USA (HIPAA): We do not use or disclose Protected Health Information (PHI) except as permitted by our Business Associate Agreements with our Clients.
• South Africa (POPIA): We act as the “Responsible Party” for our own business data and as an “Operator” for the data our clients provide to us.
